When Paris Hilton isn't manically plastering her boyfriend's house with pictures of herself, it turns out she does a lot of work for charity but doesn't like to talk about it. Oh, hold on *taps earpiece* actually, she does like to talk about it, a lot. Only on Twitter though, which is so intimate and private that it's not like anyone will read it.

It seems that Paris has just been to Guatemala, apparently to do work with The Interface Foundation in poverty stricken villages. However, we reckon she probably thought Guatemala was the name of a totally hot new nightclub, but totally got there looking totally hot and totally thought she'd better make the total hot best of it. Look at our photo, she even bought some totally hot local jewellery. Now, that's hot.

"It's the most rewarding and beautiful feeling to give back," she tweets, while clutching a random child with about as much maternal instinct as [insert female serial killer's name here. We're too scared to be specific]. "It's not hard, anyone can do it. It's all about your heart...It was a pleasure, those children touched my heart and soul. My outlook on life is so different now."

Those words send shivers up our spine... what is this all-new Paris going to be like? Will she move to a mud hut, rip out her extensions and trade in Doug Reinhardt for Bob Geldof? Or will she be back in pink velour by Saturday?
