Sounds like Heidi's realised she looks like a twat

We're a little confused by Heidi Montag's latest interview - perhaps the reality of her dramatic plastic surgery has finally hit her in the face (not that she’d feel anything).

It’s been 11 weeks since she had the following done… A brow lift, her ears pinned back, Botox in the forehead, a nose job, fat injections in her cheeks and lips, a chin reduction, neck liposuction, breast augmentation revision, lipo on her waist and thighs and an arse augmentation. Oh, and she’s 23.

In her latest of 54 interviews, Heidi couldn’t seem to work out whether she’s really, really happy or really, really sad.

She says: “I'm very fragile. I'm not in a great place right now.”

“I was hysterical the whole time. It was so hurtful. My body really set back from recovering from all the crying, stress and that traumatic experience.”

But, in the next breath, she says: “I'm thrilled. I'm the happiest I’ve ever been in my life.”

Hmm…it sounds to us like she’s having second thoughts. In which case, she’s fucked.
