Model accused of slashing Leo DiCaprio's face open finally in custody

A model who allegedly attacked Leo DiCaprio with a broken glass five years ago has finally agreed to return to the States.

Aretha Wilson is accused of slashing Leo’s face at Hollywood party back in 2005, with the actor apparently needing 17 stitches.

Randomly, the party was at the home of Rick Salomon – Paris Hilton's sex tape partner. That man pops up everywhere.

The 39 year old (above) was charged with assault with a deadly weapon in LA, but later fled the country.

Fast forward through five years of drinking, sloppy sexual partners and hangovers at work (that’s us, not Aretha) and she’s been taken into custody in Ontario, Canada.

This week, Aretha (is it bad that we can’t write Aretha without singing R-E-S-P-E-C-T in our heads) agreed to be extradited back to the US and it’s reported that Leo will be expected to testify against her in court.
