This whole hoo-ha of Jude Law impregnating a random is a way more sobering and effective lesson in sex education than any pamphlet hastily procured from the local clap clinic. The latest twist in the tawdry tale of Jude's little fishies taking a wrong turn is that he allegedly thought model Samantha Burke was on the pill. Now, obviously we weren't actually there at the time of the... well, "offence" seems a bit harsh, so let's just call it "incident", so we don't know exactly how Jude came to this conclusion, but we'd think a man old and wise enough to have that much of a receding hairline wouldn't merely "assume". It's all a bit teenaged boy in the back of a car behind Asda, isn't it?

The other interesting development is the amount of positive spin being spouted by the people who actually know 24 year old model Samantha. In fact, her friends and family are so determined for Samantha not to be painted as a scheming old trollop that they make Mother Theresa sound like Jodie Marsh in comparison.
